Hi! I’m Qiao, a calm and attentive pet sitter based in Solna. I joined Pawshake because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and want to build a small circle of regular, long-term dog and cat friends nearby. I intentionally keep my schedule manageable, so I can learn each pet’s personality, routine and preferences and provide consistent care rather than rushing between many bookings.

I have five years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including Alaskan Malamutes and Chinese native dogs, from puppyhood through adulthood. I am comfortable with puppies, adult dogs and large dogs up to approximately 45 kg. I adapt each walk to the dog’s age, confidence, energy level and usual routine.

A standard dog walk lasts at least 30 minutes. Before we leave, I check the owner’s instructions and make sure the lead and equipment are secure. Walks can include relaxed sniffing, light exercise and simple mental stimulation. I pay close attention to body language and avoid situations or dogs that the owner has asked me to avoid. After every walk, I send a short update with photos. I especially welcome regular weekly walks and prefer a meet and greet before the first booking.

I also have over five years of experience caring for cats, including Maine Coons, Ragdolls, British Shorthairs and Siberians, and I currently live with my own cat. During a home visit of at least 30 minutes, I can provide food and fresh water, clean litter boxes, play or offer calm company, and check your pet’s general wellbeing. I pay attention to changes in appetite, water intake, toilet habits, mobility, mood and energy.

If I notice anything unusual, I will contact you promptly and follow the emergency contact and veterinary instructions agreed beforehand. I am not a veterinary professional, so medication or special medical routines must be clearly discussed before booking.

I mainly accept bookings in and around Solna, usually within about a 15-minute drive, so I can be punctual and reliable for regular clients. My calendar shows my current availability. I do not offer boarding, daycare in my home or overnight house sitting.

I speak English and Chinese fluently and can handle everyday conversations in Swedish at approximately B1 level. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your pet!
