I am an animal physiotherapist by profession, and that's where most of my experience working with pets comes from. My education provided me with knowledge in basic training, behaviour, nutrition, and agility. This allows me to deal with more "unique" animals such as hyperactive, anxious, post-op, seniors and youngsters.
I started dog walking in Uppsala in 2023, and at my local animal shelter when I was younger so I have experience with bigger dog groups as well. With dogs I usually like to include natural terrain, nose work, and play! I usually go for a walk for at least an hour, but that's to be adapted to the dog.
I am a cat person by heart and grew up with them. When I was working as an animal physiotherapist I was the cat person in the office, so all the kitty patients were directed to me, which was the best :) I am also an owner of Petunia - rebellious teenager Ragdoll. My go-to plan with cats is to allow them to decide on our interactions - no pressure, no harsh feelings for hisses, a lot of active play if they want to have fun :)
I also have a bunny and worked with rodents for almost 2 years, so I have experience with them too
Currently I am job hunting and do pet care at a side, so I am available most of the times throughout the week. Duration of the visits can be discussed as I have time for longer period.
